Pneumatic Horizontal / Vertical Locking System
The machine is equipped with an advanced locking system to safely start cutting in the vertical position. Thanks to stops positioned every 1 meter, the machine locks only when it reaches the correct position. Once it reaches the station, it is pneumatically fixed via the switch on the control panel, and operation is not allowed without locking. When switching to horizontal cutting, the machine is moved to the desired position and started; the horizontal locking system then automatically engages to complete the locking process. This structure maximizes both operator safety and cutting precision.
Middle Shelf System
The middle shelf positioned along the cutting line allows the operator to work comfortably and controlledly on small pieces without bending down. Offering ergonomic use, this structure provides great convenience, especially in precise and serial cutting operations. In addition, the movable support parts on the shelf prevent small cut pieces from falling behind the machine, contributing to the uninterrupted continuation of the workflow.
Pneumatic Plunge System
At the start of the cutting process, the operator does not need to apply force to bring the cutting head closer to the material. Thanks to the pneumatic plunge system, the cutting head approaches the MDF surface precisely and controlledly with a single button. This structure eliminates operator fatigue while providing a more comfortable, safe, and error-free cutting start.
Manual Pedal Wheel System
This system, which allows the MDF pieces on the machine to be easily moved to the right and left, is controlled by a foot pedal. With a completely manual operating principle, the pieces are positioned precisely and controlledly. Thanks to its mechanical structure, it offers balanced movement, providing fast positioning and making the workflow efficient.
Manual Scoring Cancellation System
The scoring mechanism can also be easily disabled using the manual lever. This system offers practical use by providing direct control and allows quick adaptation to different cutting needs. It also contributes to uninterrupted operation continuity, increasing operational reliability.
Pneumatic Clamping System
The bottom holding system, which ensures the material is positioned securely and steadily during cutting, provides a strong grip with its pneumatic mechanism. The piece is clamped from below in a controlled manner along the cutting line, eliminating the risk of vibration and slipping. In this way, cleaner, more precise, and error-free cuts are achieved while occupational safety and surface quality are maximized.
Aluminum Support Profiles
The pneumatic moving protection system automatically positions the aluminum support profile up and down during cutting, preventing possible damage and guaranteeing long-lasting use of the equipment.
Linear Guide System
Thanks to the advanced linear guide structure, the cutting beam moves smoothly and steadily with minimum friction. The machine provides a precise and stable left-right movement, offering maximum accuracy and surface quality during cutting. This structure ensures high efficiency and long-lasting performance with its semi-automatic operating principle.
Pneumatic Scoring Cancellation System
The operator can disable the scoring process in a single move with pneumatic control when needed. The system quickly and safely retracts the scoring mechanism, instantly adapting to different cutting scenarios. This structure offers ease of use while making the operation process more practical and efficient.
Digital Meter
The integrated digital meter system instantly and clearly presents cutting dimensions to the operator. There are a total of 3 digital meters: 1 on the horizontal axis and 2 on the vertical axis. Thanks to the millimetric fine adjustment capability on the vertical axis meters, measurement settings are made quickly, accurately, and without errors.
