Manual Scoring Cancellation System
The operator can easily disable the scoring process using the manual lever when needed. Thanks to its mechanical control structure, the scoring mechanism is deactivated quickly and safely, allowing instant adaptation to different cutting scenarios. While offering practical use, this system makes the operation process more flexible and efficient. In the event of a potential malfunction, uninterrupted operation continues thanks to the possibility of manual intervention.
Middle Shelf System
The middle shelf positioned along the cutting line allows the operator to work comfortably and controlledly on small pieces without bending down. Offering ergonomic use, this structure provides great convenience, especially in precise and serial cutting operations. In addition, the movable support parts on the shelf prevent small cut pieces from falling behind the machine, contributing to the uninterrupted continuation of the workflow.
Manual Clamping System
The bottom holding system, which ensures the material is positioned securely and steadily during cutting, provides a strong grip with its manual mechanism. The piece is clamped from below in a controlled manner along the cutting line, eliminating the risk of vibration and slipping. In this way, cleaner, more precise, and error-free cuts are achieved while occupational safety and surface quality are maximized.
Manual Lever Locking System
A manual lever locking system is used to ensure the machine operates safely in both horizontal and vertical positions. Thanks to the stops positioned every 1 meter, locking can only be performed when the machine reaches the correct station. Once in the relevant position, the system is mechanically fixed with the help of the manual lever, and safe operation of the machine is not allowed until locking is achieved. While providing direct control to the operator, this structure increases stability during cutting and ensures precise results.
Manual Foot Pedal Wheel System
This system, which allows the MDF pieces on the machine to be moved to the right and left in a controlled manner, operates with a manual foot pedal. The pieces are easily positioned with the help of the pedal, achieving fast and practical use. Thanks to its mechanical structure, it offers reliable and long-lasting performance while making the workflow seamless and efficient.
Digital Meter
The integrated digital meter system instantly and clearly presents cutting dimensions to the operator. There are a total of 3 digital meters: 1 on the horizontal axis and 2 on the vertical axis. Thanks to the millimetric fine adjustment capability on the vertical axis meters, measurement settings are made quickly, accurately, and without errors.
Pneumatic Clamping System

2500 m³ Dust Extraction Unit
The 2500 m³ capacity dust extraction unit, offered with the machine depending on the requirement, effectively removes the sawdust and dust generated during cutting. With its strong suction performance, it keeps the workspace clean, enhances machine efficiency, and brings operator comfort to a high level. It provides a project-specific solution with its optional structure.
