Linear Guide System

Thanks to its advanced linear guide structure, the cutting beam moves smoothly and steadily with minimum friction. The machine provides precise and stable left-right movement, delivering maximum accuracy and surface quality during cutting. This structure ensures high efficiency and long-lasting performance with its semi-automatic operating principle.

Semi-Automatic Cutting

This user-friendly vertical panel sizing machine stands out with its precise measurement capability and strong structure. It accelerates the production process by automatically performing horizontal and vertical cuts. The operator can easily adjust the cutting measurement via the joystick on the control panel and guide the machine precisely to the desired position.

Horizontal / Vertical Locking System

The machine is equipped with an advanced locking system to start cutting safely in the vertical position. Thanks to stops positioned every 1 meter, the machine locks only when it reaches the correct position. Once it reaches the station, it is pneumatically fixed via the switch on the control panel, and operation is not allowed without locking. When switching to horizontal cutting, the machine is moved to the desired position and started; then the horizontal locking system is automatically activated to complete the locking process. This structure maximizes both operator safety and cutting precision.

Aluminum Support Profiles

The pneumatic moving protection system automatically positions the aluminum support profile up and down during cutting, preventing possible damage and ensuring long-lasting use of the equipment.

Digital Measurement System

The integrated digital measurement system provides the operator with cutting measurements instantly and clearly. There are 3 digital measuring units in total: 1 on the horizontal axis and 2 on the vertical axis. Thanks to millimetric fine adjustment on the vertical axis meters, measurement settings can be made quickly, accurately and without errors.

Pneumatic Pedal Wheel System

This system allows MDF panels on the machine to be moved easily to the right and left. Controlled by a foot pedal, it provides the operator with fast, comfortable and effortless use, significantly accelerating the workflow.

Manual and Pneumatic Scoring Unit Cancellation

The operator can easily disable the scoring process when needed. Thanks to the pneumatically controlled system, the scoring mechanism can be cancelled quickly and safely in a single action, providing flexible use. This feature allows instant adaptation to different cutting scenarios while making the operation process more practical and efficient. In case of a possible malfunction, scoring cancellation is also possible with the manual lever.

Middle Shelf System

The middle shelf positioned along the cutting line allows the operator to work comfortably and in a controlled manner on small pieces without bending down. This ergonomic structure provides great convenience, especially in precise and serial cutting operations. In addition, the movable support parts on the shelf prevent small cut pieces from falling behind the machine, helping the workflow continue without interruption.

Pneumatic Plunge System

At the beginning of the cutting process, the operator does not need to apply force to bring the cutting head closer to the material. Thanks to the pneumatic plunge system, the cutting head approaches the MDF surface in a controlled and precise manner with a single button. This structure eliminates operator fatigue while providing a more comfortable, safe and error-free cutting start.

Automatic Cutting Direction Rotation

The machine takes ease of use to a higher level by automatically switching between horizontal and vertical cutting positions. The operator selects the desired cutting direction with a single button, and the system brings the machine to the required position quickly and in a controlled manner. This process, which requires manual force in traditional machines, is carried out effortlessly, safely and without time loss thanks to the automatic structure.

Pneumatic Clamping System

The bottom holding system, which ensures that the material is positioned securely and steadily during cutting, provides a strong grip with its pneumatic mechanism. The workpiece is clamped from below in a controlled manner along the cutting line, eliminating the risk of vibration and slipping. As a result, cleaner, more precise and error-free cuts are achieved while work safety and surface quality are maximized.

Automatic Lowering System

The automatic panel handling and positioning system ensures stable and uninterrupted vertical movement of MDF inside the machine. Rubber-coated holding mechanisms protect sensitive surfaces while securely gripping and moving the material in a controlled manner. Thanks to its high carrying capacity, it provides balanced, vibration-free and precise operation even with heavy panels, maximizing cutting quality.

Kerf Cutting / Grooving Unit

Designed for kerf cutting and grooving operations, this unit offers practical and controlled use with its semi-automatic structure. On the MDF workpiece fixed by the vacuum system, the scoring mechanism is activated to perform grooving operations in the desired dimensions on the horizontal plane. Unlike fully automatic CNC systems, its mechanical and semi-automatic operating principle provides a balanced combination of control and precision. This structure allows MDF panels to be easily bent in desired directions and shaped into special forms.

2500 m³ Dust Extraction Unit

The 2500 m³ capacity dust extraction unit, offered with the machine depending on requirements, effectively removes chips and dust generated during cutting. Thanks to its powerful suction performance, it keeps the working area clean, increases machine efficiency and raises operator comfort to a higher level. With its optional structure, it provides a project-specific solution.
